Meanwhile, the ruling Congress in Karnataka has questioned the BJP and JD(S) over giving ticket to Prajwal Revanna from Haasan.

Meanwhile, a purported letter from BJP leader Devaraj Gowda, written to BJP state president BY Vijayendra on December 8, 2023, has also surfaced, warning the party against fielding Revanna as a candidate in the Lok Sabha elections.
The letter further states that he has found a pen drive with explicit scenes involving Revanna and others, which he claims can be used as a “Brahmastra” against the BJP.
This letter was shared by Congress leader Pawan Kheda in a post on X.
“If we form an alliance with JD(S) and if we nominate a JD(S) candidate in Hassan for the Lok Sabha elections, these videos can be used as a Brahmastra and such an attack will be imposed on us. It will be a big blow to our party’s image at the national level to be tarnished as one that has aligned itself with the family of a rapist,” the BJP leader said in the letter. The News Minute.
Karnataka minister Priyank Kharge posted on Twitter, “Why did you give Hassan parliamentary ticket to JDS candidate despite knowing that the candidate had misbehaved with hundreds of women?”
Accusing X, the Congress Party said, “Today again the truth of Narendra Modi and BJP, who pretend to respect women, has been exposed in front of the country.”
