Taking a hint, we did a relevant keyword search on Google and we found a Video Streamed live by INC West Bengal page on Facebook.

It was shared on April 30 and the caption said Choudhary had given a speech in support of Congress candidate Murtaza Hussain Bakul in Lalgola, West Bengal.

The video is from a different angle than the viral video, but includes the full version of Chaudhary’s speech, where he takes a dig at both TMC and BJP while supporting Bakul.
Congress’s clarification: The same official Facebook page of INC-West Bengal also shared this speech In a different angle and clarified that the viral video has been clipped and edited.
The caption also said that the party condemns the nefarious conspiracy of TMC and BJP and pointed out that Chaudhary has criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi many times in the past and is still standing against him.
