CPI(M) member Paritosh Patnaik also uploaded the same visuals on his page. The Quint Patnaik has been contacted for further information and the story will be updated once we receive a response.
We tried to identify the song being sung by the party members in the video by running a keyword search. Team Webkoof found that the name of the song was Clouds rising above the blue sky from the movie Khandan In which Suneet Dutt and Nutan acted.
conclusion: An edited video has been shared to falsely claim that the CPI(M) was singing a devotional song.
