Actor Arjun Kapoor sat down with The Quint to talk about his latest release Singham Again, his life and career, how he takes care of his mental health and much more.
Speaking about the person who has had the biggest influence on his life, the actor said, “My mother, in all areas of life – the way I conduct myself, the way I think, the way I roll up my sleeves. But it is the attire of the heart. My father is also a very emotional person; He is someone who is very different. His personality is larger than life. But if you’re talking about my value system and influences, it’s because my mother, my sister and I spend a lot of time together. We are a unit that is interconnected in many ways because of the circumstances that have arisen.”
Kapoor, who plays Danger Lanka in Singham Again, had earlier talked about dealing with mild depression while shooting for the film.
Speaking about the same, Kapoor told The Quint, “Doing this film is the best thing that happened to me because I could live on the set and the set is home.”
“When you are going through a period of uncertainty about how you will feel when you wake up in the morning or whether you may face a slump during the day, your energy levels go down. Take a break,” he added.
