oneplus has announced that its flagship OnePlus 13 series will launch globally on January 7, 2025. The launch event, which is expected to be virtual, will be livestreamed in India at 9pm IST. The ‘series’ suggests that more than one smartphone will be launched, including the OnePlus 13 and the rumored OnePlus 13R.
OnePlus 13 has already been launched in China october, Will be available in Arctic Dawn, Black Eclipse and Midnight Ocean color options. It comes with Android 15-based OxygenOS 15, which supports AI-based imaging and note taking.
The global variant is expected to retain the specifications of the Chinese variant, including a 6.82-inch quad-HD+ LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 4,500 nits peak brightness, and Dolby Vision. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, paired with up to 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
