At least 15 students of Jamia Millia Islamia were detained – and later released – for protests by Delhi Police on Thursday, 13 February near the Central Canteen of the University. He was then served as a list with suspension letters, with his names, other personal details, allegedly displayed at the university gate.
Students were protesting against their two PhD scholars against the recent disciplinary works of the university, who led the protest in December 2024.
