“Court will go against the embassy”
Shabbir’s lawyer said that now he is preparing to go to court against the embassy. He said, “We will file a case against the Indian embassy in Abu Dhabi. So that this does not happen to any other Indian citizen. In this case, whatever steps were taken by the Indian embassy will ask for the evidence.
“Years will continue to fight cases, but we will not meet”
Shehzadi said in the last conversation with the family that he should withdraw the case registered in India and be relaxed.
She says, “Take back the case you have done in India. Stay well, do not take hostility. Take the FIR that takes back. Do not want enmity. Speaking to the lawyer. Take back the FIR of speaking to the lawyer. You want to comfort.
She further says,

In fact, last year, on the order of Banda CJM Court, Banda Police registered an FIR against Faiz, Nazia, Ujair and Faiz’s mother Anjum Sahana Begum. In which many allegations including human trafficking were made.
According to the report of the Indian Express, a police officer of Banda district said that the investigating officer has filed a closure report in the case.
