Prime Minister Naryidra Modi will pay a two-day state visit to Mauritius on Tuesday, the 57th national celebrations of the nation of the island. During the Prime Minister’s visit, India and Mauritius are preparing for agreements to advance economic and security ties.
The troops of the Indian Armed Forces will also take part in the celebrations of the Indian Navy and the Indian Air Force Akash Witching Team.
Speaking about the Prime Minister’s visit, his partner of Mauritius Navinandra Ramgozam said:
“Prime Minister Naryidra Modi’s visit is a testament to the close relations of our two peoples,” he added.
What are the agenda?

According to Misri, the National Ocean Information Services Center and the Office of the Prime Minister of Mauritius will sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU).

India’s Performance Directorate (Ed) and Mauritius Financial Crimes Committee will build a group of financial crimes during the Modi visit. The agreement is aimed at improving cooperation in the field of intelligence and technical assistance to combat money laundering and related crimes.
The Prime Minister of India will also have meetings with the senior civilian political parties and communicate with members of the Indian community.
