The “One on One” star stated that while he was preparing to fly, United workers were initially friendly. However, his experience took a turn for the worse when he landed at his destination and discovered his golf bag had not arrived. After being reassured that his luggage would be delivered soon, Alexander finally received it—only to find that numerous golf-related items had been stolen.
“I open my bag to realize they have stolen my stuff,” he ranted in an Instagram video, adding, “My range finder. Stolen. This is a $400 range finder. Stolen. In the side of my bag right here… they took everything. I had a personal little bag in there.”
Among the stolen items was a particularly sentimental possession—valuable coins, including one given to him by a friend who has since passed away.
“It may not seem like a lot to y’all, but I’ve been traveling with golf bags. I’ve been playing golf since 1997. I’ve never had anything stolen out of a golf bag, ever,” he added.
It remains unclear whether United Airlines has reached out to resolve the situation.
