News Noida: The man was arrested after the video was distributed on social media, and he went on the noida 16 market, police reports. The accused, Sakhin Kumar Looshi from New Delhli, was spotted in a video leaving the market, hitting several parked motorcycles and knocking down two people to Activa’s scooter before running out of the scene, they said.
Ram Badan Singh, Deputy Police Commissioner (DCP), said the incident happened when Looshi went to the car market in the sector 16 to install the speakers in her Tara and entered into dispute with the shopkeeper.
Police replaced his vehicle and arrested it, he said.
Against him was registered FIR in Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 115 (2) (voluntarily damage), 352 (intentional insult to cause peace violation), 351 (2) (criminal intimidation), 281 (rash or negligent road management on public roads) and 324 (2).
