Interior Minister Amite Shah has been on a three -day visit to ASAM on March 14 (Friday).
However, on Saturday, March 15, he visited Mizar, where he attended the land transfer ceremony on the land of ASAM, which is transferred to the Mizar government. Speaking at the event, Shah highly appreciated the ASAM rifles for serving people.
“The asam rifles served the residents of Mizrama through the governing principle through the fraternity. Today, the strength has set an exemplary standard in commitment to people, conveying a large part of their land to the state government for the benefit of people,” the post of Shah on X was read.
Speaking to the meeting, Shah emphasized how the relocation of the ASSAM headquarters from the Central Aizul to Zochovason noted a significant milestone in the commitment of the Indian government to the development of the mizorama. Shah said this step is not only an administrative decision, but also a symbol of government responsibility to the Miza people.
Out of the unique topography of the state, people have been relocating more than 35 years.
“This demand, which has existed for 30-35 years, will now be fulfilled because of the important decision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This is not only an administrative decision, but also a symbol of the Indian government’s responsibility for Miz,” he said.
Shah emphasized how the Modi government has transformed the northeast in the last ten years in various sectors, including tourism, technology, agriculture and entrepreneurship-to stimulate growth and unity in the region.
