“I have been wandering for 15 days for mother’s death certificate”
In the stampede of 29 January, Ratnesh’s mother Ravi Kala died. When the body reached home, he was promised that a death certificate would be received in a week. When no one took some discovery news, Ratnesh himself reached Prayagraj. 15 days passed while circling the hospital, doctors and officials, but the death certificate was not received. Talking to The Quint, he told that now hope has started to break. Do not know when and through whom the death certificate will be available. Only one officer is sending to another officer.
“Mother died on Sangam Noj, why is it being told in Jhansi”
