The arrest of two journalists provoked mass criticism with opposition Bazarat Rafrapet Samit (BRS), accusing Kt Rama Rao, accusing the Government of the State Congress “intolerant of criticism.”
“It feels that the state of emergency has returned to Telangana,” he said.
In a long post on X, he claimed that one of the journalists, Ms. Rvat, was arrested illegally, which included police at 5 in the morning and showed the “rule of emergency situation” of Congress. He called Mrs. Jadaw’s arrest “savage” and criticized the lack of freedom of the press at Telangana.
