Students in fear as a college official is accused of sexual exploitation, investigations conducted
Police in Hatros Uttar -Pradesh is looking for Rajnysh Kumara, the main stream of set of Fal Chand Bagla PG, also known as the “old degree”. Cumara is accused of sexual abuse of students and recording of their blackmail. Anxious allegations have caused outrage, especially after the clear images that attacked the students came to social media. As a result, the college administration rejected him and the police registered the case against him. However, Kumar is now working and the authorities are working on finding it.
An anonymous complaint exposes the crime
The case was first revealed about 10 months ago, when the police received an anonymous letter, accusing Kumar of blackmail of sexual activities in exchange for passing signs and teaching work opportunities. Recently, NDTV also received a similar anonymous complaint from a woman, saying she had contacted several authorities but did not receive help. In her letter, she wrote: “I didn’t use my real name because this ruthless professor will kill me. But what I can’t understand is not the pictures I have hidden, proving my crime?”
Evidence: 59 obscene videos on the predator
Along with anonymous letters, the pen disk was presented as evidence. It is reported to contain 59 Kumar videos involved in inadequate actions with students. The students’ faces were blurred to protect their identity. According to sources, Kumar used a hidden camera to record these actions, and later blackmailed the victims before further abuse. The complaint also claimed that several people in the college administration knew about his actions, but did nothing to stop it.
Police ‘actions in the investigation
Police have registered a case against Kumar in various sections related to rape, sexual harassment and sexual violence by the authorities. Following this college rejected him. However, Kumar denied the allegations, saying that he was facing such allegations over the last 18 months and that preliminary investigations have not been guilty.
The biggest problem for the police in the investigation is the lack of an official statement from the victims. Many students are reportedly afraid to speak out of the stigma’s fear and further persecution. The video, according to the police, dates from 2023, but without direct testimony from the victims, the creation of a strong court case remains difficult.
As the authorities continue to search for Kumar, the case has attracted broad attention, and people demand strict action against him and justice for the victims.
