Sia Furler, 49, secretly welcomed her third child last year, court documents have revealed.
The Australian Grammy-winning singer, known best simply as Sia, filed for divorce from her husband of two years, Dan Bernard, on Wednesday (Thursday local time).
According to the divorce documents obtained by People, the couple welcomed their first child together, named Somersault Wonder Bernard, in March 2024.

This is Sia’s third child. She adopted two teenaged sons in 2019.
The court documents reveal Sia is seeking legal and physical custody of their baby.
Sia filed for divorce in the Los Angeles Superior Court, citing “irreconcilable differences”.

Sia and Bernard have kept their relationship private over the last couple of years since tying the knot in a secret Italian ceremony in 2023.
The Chandelier hitmaker was previously married to filmmaker Erik Anders Lang.
They were married from 2014 to 2016.

Speaking to Zane Lowe for Apple Music 1 in September 2023, Sia said the divorce “threw me for a loop”.
“That was such a dark time that I was in bed for three years, really, really severely depressed.”
Years after her divorce, the star adopted two 18-year-old sons from foster care in 2019.

In an October 2020 interview with Vogue Australia, the Elastic Heart songstress revealed she adopted her sons after seeing them in a documentary.
“I am obsessed with reality television and documentaries, and I watched a documentary and saw my son,” she told the magazine.
“I was like: ‘What? Like, he doesn’t have anybody. Oh my god. I’m going to find him and I’m going to be his mummy.’ And so that’s what I did.”

The singer ended up adopting both him and his friend.
A couple of months following the adoption news, the star announced she was a grandmother after the youngest son – now her middle child – welcomed two children.
Sia is a singer born and raised in Adelaide.
She rose to fame in the 2010s with hit tracks including Chandelier, Elastic Heart, Cheap Thrills and Unstoppable.
