On Friday (March 21), a bill on finances in the Karnataki legislative assembly was adopted. However, members of the bharatiya Janata (BJP) party adopted it for the proposed bill that provides four percent of Muslim reservation in government contracts, causing a large -scale assembly. BJP leaders tore the copies of the bill on the quota and threw them into the Assembly speaker.

However, the procedure of the Assembly later confirmed that this was a bill on financing, not a bill on reserving Muslims. The latter was still in consideration, the publication reports with reference to sources in government.
The so -called Muslim quota bill has summoned the main political line in the southern state.
The bill provides for 4% of the reservation of Muslims on civilian contracts for up to 2 rupees, as well as contracts of goods and services worth up to 1 rupees. The bill proposes to amend the Karnataki Transparency Law in public procurement (KTPP), 1999.
The Congressional Minister of the Congress, under the leadership of Siddaramia, states that the bill is aimed at providing social justice and economic opportunities for minorities, while opposition parties, including the BJP, accused the government of comparison politicians.
The materials on Friday at the Karnataki Assembly were also thwarted about the alleged honey trap scandal.
