Officials of the BRovanmumba City Corporation (BMC) found that the “Decline Test” read is higher than the normal levels of the “decline testing”.
To check the quality of the concrete used for road construction, the civilian authorities are conducting a decline, which assesses cement and water content in concrete. Slow readings are classified into three categories: low, medium and high.
For a low drop, the concrete is considered moderately able, the average drop marks the perfect composition, while high decline indicates the higher content of water, which can easily remove the durability of the road. During their inspection, civilian officials found out that the observed readings are higher than usual.
After that, citizen civilian officials and on the website provide IIT-BOMBAY experts immediately sent the finished mixture of the concrete (RMC), and the new mixture was ordered, as the existing burden was rejected. Additional City Commissioner of Abhijit Bangar, which was present at the website, said that he had directed written clarifications to the authorities.
