The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MEA) said on Friday that invitations depend on the state of relations between the two countries regarding whether any Indian government officials were invited to the IRifftar dinner, organized by the Pakistan National Day.
Speaking at the weekly briefing, the Mea Randhir Jacewal press said, “As for the invitations, Naniman Toh Rishton Pet Nirbhar Map (they depend on relations between the countries). The acceptance of the invitation also depends on the relations.”
This happens after the Pakistani Verkhovna Commission on New Delhi celebrated its national day, which participated in dignitaries, diplomats and famous persons. Among the famous participants was former Minister of the Union of Mani Shankar Ayar, who participated in the event as a guest.
IFTAR took place within the framework of the National Pakistan National Day, contributing to diplomatic participation and cultural exchanges. India, India again called for Pakistan for its role in promoting cross -border terrorism, calling it the biggest obstacle to peace and security in the region.
“The world is well aware that the real issue is the active promotion of Pakistan and the sponsorship support for cross-border terrorism. In fact, this is the largest blockage for peace and security in the region,” Jaisval said.
Jacewal’s statement emphasizes the long -standing tensions between India and Pakistan, which were enhanced by the support of Pakistan’s terrorist groups operating in the region. This issue was a major dispute between the two countries, and India has repeatedly called on Pakistan to take action against these groups.
In addition, Jacival sent the media to look into a previous statement related to Jamm and Kashmir for better clarity.
“I urge you to address the statement we released two days ago for more information,” he added.
The statement appeared in response to Pakistan’s comments to Jammu and Kashmir, which were made after the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s statement.
Recently, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in an interview with the American Podcaster Lex Fridman, shared his efforts to improve relations with Pakistan, including the invitation of Pakistan’s then Prime Minister Novaz Sharif into his oath ceremony. However, the Prime Minister of the Modi noted that every attempt to promote peace met with hostility and betrayal.
“I even personally went to Lahore, seeking peace. When I became the prime minister, I specifically invited Pakistan to my swearing ceremony so that we could pass a new letter. However, every noble attempt to promote peace with hostility and betrayal,” said the Modi Prime Minister.
Prime Minister Modi’s comments on the podcast were made a few days after Pakistan’s rhetoric against India after an attack on the Jaffar Express train from Belacha rebels, in which passengers were accepted at the foreign office of Hostagepakistan, a statement about the podcast, which abandoned the remarks of the Prime Minister Modi.
