After Tejasswi Prakash’s mom confirmed that she and Karan Kundrra would tie the knot in 2025, it has become one of the biggest discussions on the internet. Recently, Karan Kundrra sat down for an interview with Mid-Day, finally clarifying the rumours. When he was initially asked about his wedding plans, the actor gave a humorous edge to his answer and said:
“I think woh AI tha, AI (Artificial Intelligence). Aajkal AI itna khatarnak ho gaya hai na.”
He was further asked about Tejasswi Prakash’s mother’s confession, which has left everyone waiting for more updates. However, he laughed over it and shared that Tejasswi Prakash’s mom is too simple and innocent, so she won’t hit him for his funny reply. But, talking about his marriage plans, he left the internet guessing, as Karan mentioned that he doesn’t know about it. Instead, his father is coming to Mumbai, and the media can ask him about it because marriage plans should be discussed with the elders, not the kids. In his words:
“Arre mujhe kya pata, mere papa aa rahe hain, unse puch lena. Ye sari baatein bachchon se thodi puchte hain.”
Tejasswi Prakash’s mother confirms she will tie the knot in 2025
Tejasswi Prakash is presently competing with other celebrities in Celebrity MasterChef. The Holi special episode of the show was released recently, where the actress’s mother came to support her daughter. The mother-daughter duo made a dish together and won praise from the judges. While tasting the dish, Farah Khan asked Tejasswi’s mom about her marriage. In her reply, she confirmed that her daughter will tie the knot in 2025. Tejasswi Prakash was left stunned by her mother’s response. Consequently, Farah Khan asked if the boy’s name was Karan, and Tejasswi Prakash’s mom agreed. The response received applause and cheers from the other contestants on the show.

When she came to discuss it with Tejasswi, who is Marathi and while with her boyfriend, Karan Kundrra is Punjabi, the actress shared that she would prefer to have a court marriage that will ensure that she and Karan can have fun while travelling and enjoy together after marriage. Recalling the moment she fell in love with Karan Kundrra in Bigg Boss 15, Tejasswi said to Hina Khan:
“We met on a reality show. It was during a Diwali sequence. We were dancing and went towards each other to wish Happy Diwali, and something just happened.”
