Success is bipolar. It is capable of hiding and revealing the underlying truth.
Let us find out the first aspect.
If it was not against his successful 17-gent 31 runs Gujarat Titans On 4 April, Punjab kings Batter Ashutosh Sharma may not have made stories of his struggles. He called his ‘house’ of stories, depression, desolate, Ostesis from a team, and, and abandoned.
Forced to leave ‘home’ after scoring three fifties
With a consistently commendable knock Indian premiere league ,
Nevertheless, followers of the Indian domestic circuit found him “” four years ago, in the 2019/20 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy (SMAT), where Ashutosh emerged as Madhya Pradesh’s second biggest run scorer. He had scored an average of 233 runs on an average of 165.24 compared to any person in his team, and recorded more than three half -centuries in his team.
In his last match, he attacked 51-ball 84 against Puducherry. And then, come next year, it was considered a surplus to the requirements.
Recalling the incident during a media conversation, Ashutosh says:
I played my last match for MP in 2019, where I scored 84 runs. Then the following year a new coach came, and for some reason, he always disliked me. I scored 90 runs in a selection match, but still I was not selected in the SMAT team. I went by scoring three half -centuries to heat the benches.

In particular, in 2020, Madhya Pradesh appointed a new coach. A few years later, Madhya Pradesh won its first Ranji Trophy title.
Although some players like Ashutosh had to search for new houses.
A duality with depression
How the team is being demolished as a result of depression, Ashutosh, who now does his business for the Railways, says:
I slipped into depression during that phase. I could not even get a glimpse of the field – I will only train in the morning in the morning and return to my room. I was excluded from the set-up without any reason, and no one gave me any clarification. I was lucky that I got a job in the railway and they have always been assistant, but I would not like to do it again in Madhya Pradesh in my last two years. I could not sleep. I spent my nights wondering why they have sidelined me from the team. This made me even more sad.

How a young Ashutosh found a patron in Amay Khurasia
A city located in North-Western Madhya Pradesh, a city from Ratalam, Ashutosh was always interested in cricket, except that he did not find enough infrastructure in his hometown. At the age of 8, he went to the MPCA Academy in Indore, to go on a trip by himself.
Recalling the early stages of his career, Ashutosh responded to a query The Quint,
This was a very difficult phase of my life. I had to live by myself at such a young age. I passed through a lot of struggles. Khaane tak ke paise nahin hotey thhey (I did not even have money for food). I umpiring so that I could buy food myself. But fortunately, I met Ami Sir at the MPCA Academy, who helped me a lot.
Ashutosh Sharma
‘Ama Sir’ speaks about Ashutosh, who is Indian cricketer and former Madhya Pradesh coach Ami Khursia, who was part of the Indian squad led by Mohammad Azharuddin in the 1999 ICC Cricket World Cup.
Ashutosh said to play the role of Khusaria in his career and in detail:
Amay Sir has played an important role in my career. He is a master in batting, but it is not just about that. He has also helped me a lot in his mental conflicts. Prior to the IPL, he assured me by saying that he knew that whenever I got a chance, I would definitely show my ability.

Coach that did not choose to destroy natural nature
When he first met Ashutosh, Khursia was working as the head coach of the MPCA Academy. In a conversation The QuintHe explains his first impression of power-hitter:
His first belief was that he is a fearless stroke-player who had a great fortune for a player of his age. At the age of just 12, he was handling the 16 -year -old bowlers, playing fine shots. This is a very rare feature.
Coach of Ama Khusaria, Formor Indian cricketer and Ashutosh Sharma
For all his horrors, Ashutosh was away from a ‘orthodox’ cricketer, although Khorasia says it never bothered him.
I did not want him to become a bookish cricketer. Ashutosh has a natural nature for his game, and I did not want to destroy the flair, which he taught him a cricket manual.

When Ashutosh was deported from the team, he got his coach’s support.
I asked him to be positive. I said that after every dark night, a bright sun appears on the horizon.

Spotlight on migration of Madhya Pradesh cricketers – Gaurav Yadav to Kuldeep Sen
As it turns about it, Ashutosh Sharma is not the only player who left Madhya Pradesh in recent years. After joining the list, Kuldeep Sen – Rajasthan Royals has pacer who now represents Tamil Nadu, and Gaurav Yadav – now playing for Puducherry.
Khorasia feels that there is a need to ask questions about the migration.
Many talented cricketers are leaving Madhya Pradesh. Kuldeep Sen left for Tamil Nadu. Gaurav Yadav left for Puducherry. This was when Gaurav left that people started discussing about the migration, but there are also junior level players who have left the state as well. I will not point fingers on a particular person, but when talented players keep coming out, there is a need to ask questions. When you are successful, a lot of things get buried under the carpet.

What happened to Gaurav Yadav?
Between the departure, one whom Khorasia still considers baffling is Gaurav Yadav. Unlike Ashutosh, who never got a chance to play red-ball cricket for the MP, Gaurav not only played red-ball cricket, but did so. He was taking MP’s second biggest wickets with 23 scalp in the 2021/22 title winning campaign, with his six wickets in the final-Mumbai captain Prithvi Shaw and the chief’s lead-scorer Sarfaraz Khan.
You can leave a player when he is not playing well, every coach would like to choose the best XI. But in the case of Gaurav Yadav, when we won the title, he was the second biggest wicket for Madhya Pradesh. In the final, he took six wickets. And after doing all this, suddenly he got out of favor. If Gaurav is not a good player, how did he choose 41 wickets for Puducherry in the last Ranji Trophy?

Gaurav had earlier mentioned the denial of the Chennai Super Kings being denied the opportunity to participate in the tests. Speaking about it, Khorasia says:
Gaurav was called for a test by CSK, but was not allowed to join it. If you are not allowing the cricketer to play white-ball cricket as a coach, or the franchise participates in the trial, and then you become the coach of one of those teams, then it is hypocrisy.

Kuldeep Sen, who represents Rajasthan Royals in IPL, says:
Kuldeep is now playing for Tamil Nadu. Everyone knows that to play as a pacer for Tamil Nadu, you must be very good. They will not take any random player from MP. If he is not a good player, why did Tamil Nadu choose him?

‘A coach should be a friend, not a policeman,’ Khorasia feels
Disciplinary coaches employing rigorous functioning, especially within the scope of cricket, are not uncommon, are not uncommon. Some of these coaches have earned trophies which validate their attitude and philosophy.
However, Khusariya believes that a coach should be a friend, not ‘powerful’ methods with ‘policemen’.
A player wants his coach to be a friend, not a policeman. There is no need to be a rulingist. We need to respect the cricketers who are ‘separate’ talented, because not everyone will be how you want them. For example, how a fish can be judged by the ability to climb a tree, you cannot judge a player based on your own specific parameters. The parameter of the decision should be whether the cricketer is a team player or not, whether he is committed or not, and whether he is honest. If it is, let it be your glits. Every player has a way to live his life, you can’t just put your way on others.
Amay khusariya
‘But, what is the intention behind highlighting this issue?’ we asked.
Khusariya concluded by saying that he does not want any fellow coach to be disintegrated, but stopped for migration.
Nothing that I have said that a fellow coach was jealous. I only want to stop cricketers from Madhya Pradesh. MPCA has invested on these cricketers since she turned 14. Now that they leave the kingdom after becoming established cricketers, this is a tragic situation of matters.
