The Supreme Court of Alahabad gave the Central Government four weeks to decide on the issue of Congress and Member of the Parliament (MP) Citizenship of Roncula Gandhi. The Lava Supreme Court, consisting of the Justice of AR Masud and Justice Adzha Kumar Srivstov, considered the petition claiming that Rahul Gandi declared himself a British citizen in the documents provided by the British authorities. Details of the case
The center was reportedly searched for eight weeks to file a status report. But the court gave four weeks and installed on April 21 as the next hearing date.
A similar case is being considered in the Supreme Court of Delhi on a petition filed by the BJP Subramanian Swamy leader. Delhi HC noticed that in this case, double cases (in Delhi and Alahabad), but also questioning the center of her obvious inaction.
Congress denies charges
The Congressional Party has repeatedly denied Gandhi’s allegations, which occupies citizenship of any country except India.
“Everyone knows that Rahul Gandhi is Indian and was born and raised here,” said Sister Gandhi and Congress leader Gandhi Vadr.
