A couple of days earlier, an Instagram page, Daily Cricket Posts shared a video clip featuring Hardik Pandya, in which the cricketer talked about his fellow cricketer, Yuzvendra Chahal’s personal life. In the video, the all-rounder shared that he had seen Yuzi struggle, and he could understand his struggles. But, now he is happy to see the leg-spin bowler happy, and if the reason behind that is RJ Mahvash, then he is delighted for both of them in his words:
“Someone who could understand who had been through something similar. But now it’s good to see him smiling again. Maha has brought positivity into his life. He deserves happiness. Be very content and happy. And if Maha is the reason for him, then I will be happy for my brother. It is just that I always see the half glass full and then the half glass empty.”
The video immediately went viral, and fans thought Hardik Pandya had confirmed Yuzvendra Chahal and RJ Mahvash‘s dating rumour. But, when they closely saw the video, they realised that it was fake and generated with the help of AI. In the video, Hardik was seen wearing the jersey of his former IPL team, Gujarat Giants. For those unaware, Hardik captained the franchise in 2022 and 2023. But, he was later bought by Mumbai Indians in 2024, confirming its inaccuracy.

Netizens react to Hardik Pandya’s AI-generated video
When Hardik Pandya’s video on Yuzvendra Chahal and RJ Mahvash went viral, netizens quickly pointed out that it was AI-generated. One user pointed out how the video maker forgot to change Hardik’s t-shirt and wrote, “AI Bhai T-shirt change karna bhul gaye.” Another netizen was stunned by the amazing quality of the AI video and penned, ‘Bhai kya khatarnak edit mara hai.” Many users pointed out the downside of AI’s potential, and a viewer wrote, “AI is very dangerous.”
Amid Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree’s divorce rumours, the cricketer was spotted celebrating Christmas with Youtuber, RJ Mahvash and other friends in December 2024. Later, they were spotted around the city together, and the duo was seen watching India’s Champions Trophy match in Dubai, fueling the speculation. However, later, RJ Mahvash addressed the rumours in an Instagram post and penned:
“It’s funny to see how baseless these rumours are. If you get SEEN with an opposite gender, are you dating that person? I am sorry, what year is this? And how many people are you all dating then? I have been patient for 2-3 days now, but I won’t let any PR teams drag my name into this to cover up other people’s image. Let people live peacefully with their friends and family in tough times.”
