As all political parties are preparing for the Bihara Assembly elections in 2026, and Bihara’s policy becomes polarized every day, RJD came out with Muslims.
As the BJP pushes the WAQF (amendment) bill, 2025, with full force, Rashtry Dal, openly opposed it.

Tejaswi Yadav calls waqf bill “unconstitutional”
Addressing the protesters participants, Tekashvi assured them that his party and his leader Lall were firmly standing with them in the fight against the “unconstitutional” WAQF bill (amendment).
Addressing the mass rally against the bill, Teyaswi poisu said: “The RJD leader Lall Prasad came here to support and strengthen you. We opposed this unconstitutional, undemocratic bill in parliament, Sabha and Vihan Parishad.”
Speaking about the fight of his party with the bill, he said: “Today we brought the movement from the break and demanded the discussion, but the House was delayed. We want to tell you what we are with you on this issue … Our efforts: this bill should not be adopted in any.”
RJD: Stop the WaQF bill (amendment) at all costs
He said further, “We are followers of the Constitution, we believe in Ganga-Jamuni Tehzeeb, and at any cost we will try to stop this bill.”
By reducing the BJP, Texwi poisons said the government is working on the division of the country, the democracy dismantling and weakens the constitution. He also added that some parties coming out of the greetings of power support this bill, but when people fight against Unitedly, they will win.
Aimplb protests against Waqf Bill
The entire Personal Muslim Council of India (AIMPLB) has launched a nationwide protest against the WAQF (amendments) in Patna.
Earlier, the Bharatiya MP and the JPC chairman on the WAQF, Johadambik PEL, criticized AIMPLB for his nationwide agitation, accusing the Council of politicization.
Pal said: “The way Aimplb pursues a policy in the name of WAQF, they are trying to mislead the minority and Muslims of the country.”
BJP Protects Waqf Bill
In addition, he appealed to the dispute related to the bill, citing the report on the joint parliamentary committee (JPC), which shows that the government is preparing to make a supplemented law.
The WAQF (amendment) bill, 2024, aimed at solving key problems by introducing reforms such as digitizing, expanded audit, improving transparency and legal mechanisms for the restoration of illegally occupied properties.
The proposed amendment seeks to ensure the use of WAQF facilities for their intended purposes, benefiting both the Muslim community and in the country as a whole.
