Neha Kakkar finally shares her first post after Melbourne concert
When Neha Kakkar arrived three hours late at the Melbourne concert, she was seen apologising to the packed audience repeatedly. She faced major backlash as the crowd grew restless with every passing minute, and Neha almost broke down on stage. On March 27, 2025, she took to her Instagram handle and shared an Instagram story, wherein she urged fans to wait for the truth and wrote:
“Wait for the truth, you’ll regret judging me so quickly.”

A few days ago, Neha’s videos from the Melbourne concert surfaced on the internet. In the video, she was seen crying and apologising to the audience repeatedly. She also assured the crowd that she would compensate for the lost time. But according to murmurs, she left quickly. She was quoted as saying:
“You have been really sweet and patient itni der se aap log wait kar rahe ho. I hate it. Maine life mein kabhi kisi ko wait nahi karwaya. Aap itne der se wait kar rahe ho. I’m so sorry. You mean the world to me. Aap log itne sweet ho. I was so worried about ki kya hoga . It means a lot to me. I’ll always remember this evening forever. But I’ll make sure, aap log jo mere liye itna keemati time nikaal ke aaye ho, I will make you all dance.”
When people were slamming Neha and calling her breakdown a ‘drama’, singer, Twinkle Aggarwal came forward and shared the truth about the whole incident. She revealed that the sponsor ran away with the show’s money, and the concert was almost about to get cancelled. However, Neha decided to make up her mind still to perform on stage without the dancers.

After the backlash and massive trolling, Neha Kakkar’s brother, Tony Kakkar, who is also a famous singer, rushed to his support. He penned back-to-back cryptic posts and even went on to slam the audience with his strong statement, “Artist maryada mein rahe, aur audience..” He also shared a video of Neha’s Melbourne concert and had written:
“Queen she is. My sister…My Jaan”
As soon as Neha saw the post, she rushed to the comments section to shower love on her brother. She commented:
“I love you the most, bhaiyu.”
