The Indian Prime Minister said the day “is a testament to our common history and victims that laid the basis of our bilateral partnership.”
Bangladesh celebrates its national day on March 26, on the day of 1971, when the country still has declared its independence.
Liberation Bangladesh
Expanding belonging to Yunus and residents of Bangladesh, the Prime Minister of the Modi said: “The Spirit of the Liberation War Bangladesh continues to be the governing light for our relationship, which flourished in several spheres, bringing the sensitive benefit to our peoples.”
Yunus with his official pen on X also shared Modi’s message.
Modi assured Bangladesh that New Deli still seeks to promote a partnership with Bangladesh, caused by common aspirations for peace, stability and well -being, as well as on the basis of mutual sensitivity to each other’s interests and problems.
He wrote Yunus: “Please accept, highness, guarantees of my highest consideration.”
Ever since the new Provisional Government, headed by Yunus, has entered the precipitation of the then Prime Minister Sheikh Hasin in August 2024, the ties between the two countries noticed a fall against India’s concern over the violence aimed at Hindus and the lifting of violent Islam.
