Salman Khan has been grabbing the headlines for the past few days for his highly anticipated blockbuster Eid release, Sikandar. Amid the growing excitement surrounding the film’s premiere, Salman recently grabbed attention with his ultra-luxurious wristwatch. The superstar was recently spotted at an event in Mumbai, looking dapper in an effortlessly stylish outfit, but it was his Jacob & Co. Epic X Ram Janmabhoomi Rose Gold Edition watch that made heads turn.
Salman Khan pays tribute to Ayodhya Ram Mandir with his watch
Salman Khan’s latest fashion statement was an object of timeless luxury with deep cultural and spiritual significance. The limited-edition Jacob & Co. watch has been crafted in collaboration with Ethos Watches and features intricate engravings of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir. It also features intricate depictions of Lord Ram, Hanuman, and other Hindu deities. The dial even boasts an elegant ‘Jai Shree Ram’ inscription, making it a collector’s dream.
Upon checking the website, the Titanium Edition 2 of the watch is listed at a whopping price of Rs. 34 lakh. The same watch was seen on Abhishek Bachchan’s wrist a couple of months ago, when he attended the launch of the Indian Street Premier League (ISPL) Season 2.
Aside from being a limited edition watch from the brand, the watch also symbolises India’s rich history and devotion, together with heritage with high-end craftsmanship. Salman Khan also featured the exquisite watch on his Instagram handle, sharing snaps of himself and pairing it up with the caption:
“See you in theatres on 30th March!”
As soon as Salman shared pictures on Instagram, his fans went into a frenzy. Dressed in a navy blue shirt and wide-leg trousers, the actor exuded his signature effortless swag. However, it was his saffron-colored watch strap that sparked the biggest reaction.
Salman Khan’s collaboration with Jacob & Co.
This isn’t the first time Salman Khan has made headlines for his luxury timepieces. The Bollywood icon shares a strong bond with Jacob Arabo, founder of Jacob & Co., and has collaborated with the brand multiple times. The superstar recently collaborated with the brand to celebrate India’s vibrant heritage and to launch a limited edition model within The World Is Yours Dual Time Zone collection. The dial features all the colours of the Indian flag and also has a signature ‘SK’ engraved on it. This limited-edition watch costs a whopping Rs. 61 lakh. Sharing the timepiece on his Instagram, Salman wrote:
