Parenting brand Frida is introducing a new limited-edition ice cream flavor that’s drawing some interest — and a few raised eyebrows.
To mark the launch of its 2-in-1 Manual Breast Pump, Frida announced a breast milk-inspired ice cream that will be available in nine months. While the product won’t contain any actual breast milk, it’s intended to reflect the taste and nutritional profile, including ingredients like healthy fats, lactose, vitamins, and hydration-friendly elements.
In a March 26 press release, Frida said the goal is to answer a common question — “What does breast milk actually taste like?” — in a fun, approachable way. The flavor will be offered in a pink-and-white tub and described as “sweet, creamy, and nutrient-packed.”
And no, it’s not an early April Fool’s joke. Brand reps confirmed this is a real product launch, not a marketing stunt.
