The air quality management commission (CAQM) has withdrawn the admission of the Action Plan (Grap) in Deli-NCR after a 153 (average category) was recorded on Saturday.
To date, the stage I of the Count in force are conducting an order on the procedure of March 24, 2025. CAQM mentioned that AQI national capital showed a significant improvement due to strong surface winds and improvement of meteorological conditions in Deli-NCR.
“AQI Delhi was recorded as 153 for March 29 (in a” moderate “category). In addition, the IMD/IITM forecast also predicts that AQI will basically remain in the” moderate “category in the coming days,” CaqM said in the release.
“Accordingly, the subcommittee decides to withdraw its order of March 24, 2025, referring to the action within the stage-I (” poor “air quality) of the existing grapes throughout NCR, with an immediate effect,” the statement reads.
The air quality management commission stated that all statements interested in state governments and GNCTD in NCR are working to maintain a higher AQI level that does not allow, and do not allow the air quality to slip into the “bad” category.
The CAQM further claimed that all interested agencies should also take note of the various actions and targets provided in the complex policy issued by the NCR pollution and take appropriate actions in particular, the dust mitigation measures for C & D and roads/open areas.
“The subcommittee must closely monitor the air quality scenarios and occasionally consider the situation for further appropriate solution depending on the quality of the air in Delhi and the prognosis made by IMD/IITM,” it added.
