On August 13, 2008, when a person came to deliver a package, he was detained and the police were summoned. The FIR was registered and this case was transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) as directed by the UT SF Rodrigues administrator.
The investigation showed that the money was sent by Sanjeva Bansal, former additional general lawyer Harian, through his park, Ram Park. When the frame arrived at the Justice House, Nirmaly Cauro, he claimed that the package contained Delhi’s documents. However, when Caur’s justice asked him to open, the package was found to contain cash. Ram was detained immediately and the case was taken by CBI.
Investigation and fees CBI
On March 4, 2011, CBI submitted a charge against justice Nirmala Yadov, which was still transferred to the Uttarakhand Supreme Court. On the day of retirement, the charge was submitted. Along with her was charged with four others:
Sanjeev Bansal is a lawyer and former additional general lawyer Harian, who allegedly organized the delivery of money.
Ravinder Singh is a Delhi businessman who has reportedly sent Rs 15.
Rajiv Gupta – Business partner Sanja Bansalo, who allegedly delivered a Yadov’s justice package on August 14, 2008.
Nirmal Singh is a private person also related to the case.
The justice of the poison was transferred from the Supreme Court of Punjab and Hariana in November 2009. CBI accused her in accordance with the 1988 corruption prevention and the other accused was charged with various sections of the Indian Punishment (IPC).
Protection of the Yadovo Justice
In 2013, Justice Nirmal Yadov claimed that she was unfairly aimed and that members of the judiciary agreed against her. After many years of court proceedings, a special CBI court justified her and other accused, giving an end to a long case.
