The Central Secondary Education Council (CBSE) has published a training plan for the grades of 1025-26 academic year. The updated curriculum presents the subject academic content, learning outcomes, the practice of teaching and evaluation scope for students from 9 to 12th grades.
CBSE has instructed school to strictly follow the instructions on the preliminary pages in the curriculum.
“Subjects must be taught with a defined curriculum, integrating experimental learning, competent assessments and interdepartmental approaches to increase the conceptual understanding and application of students,” the Council said.
Schools were advised to adopt flexible and contextual teaching strategies to solve a variety of teaching needs, in line with the 2023 proposals of the national curriculum.
