ATS Homekraft sells 400 sites on its “Province D Olympia” project at Expressway Yamuna with plans for future stages.
ATS Group gets into great sales in the New Yamuna Expressway project
ATS Homekraft Real Estate Company has noticed a great demand for its new Yamuna highway, selling about 400 residential subjects for more than 1200 rupees. The project, called “Province D Olympia”, is a 63-hectare building located next to the upcoming NOIDE international airport at Jewish, Uttar Pradesh.
The company launched the first stage of this project, consisting of approximately 400 sites. Due to the preferred interest of customers, all sections were sold out quickly. The head of the director of ATS Group Udaivir Anand shared that the company received about 1000 expressions of interest (EOIS) from potential buyers. The cost of these plots ranged from 2 rupees to Rs 4 in each, which led to the total cost of Rs 1,200 for the first stage.
Anand also mentioned that the second stage of the project, which would include another 200 sites, will be launched at a later time. Project “Province D Olympia” is part of a larger settlement in 100 acres, 35% of the area dedicated to green space. In this town, ATS Homekraft has already developed and handed over the ATS Allure Housing project, consisting of more than 1,100 apartments.
Going forward, the company plans to expand the village further, developing service apartments and a retailers with high streets. Overall ATS Homekraft was quite active in the real estate market, completing more than 4,000 houses across Noida, Gurugram and Chandigarh over the last 30 months.
The company focused on the completion of permanent projects, payment of land fees and reduced bank loans. In addition, it plans to launch more residential projects in Deli-NCR in the coming financial year to monetize its land bank. Demand for housing is still strong, as evidenced by the success of ATS Homekraft on sale of luxury houses. In October, the company sold about 340 luxury houses for Rs 825 in the first stage of the Sanctuary 105 project on Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram. The second stage of this project, which will consist of about 400 apartments, is expected to begin this year.
ATS Group has already put more than 50 million square feet of real estate and has 30 million square feet in Delhi-NCR markets, Punjab and Mumbai.
