J. Lo’s real estate move follows months of house hunting in L.A.’s most exclusive neighborhoods, including Beverly Hills and Brentwood.
“She can’t wait to get the hell out of the house when she can and assumed it would have happened by now,” a source shared with In Touch, adding that the unsold $60 million Beverly Hills mansion she once shared with Affleck is a lingering frustration, as it still sits on the market.
Meanwhile, Affleck has settled into a $20.5 million Pacific Palisades home.
“It’s more modest, way smaller, and less expensive,” an insider added, emphasizing the contrast between their post-divorce lifestyles.
Speaking publicly for the first time about the breakup, Ben told GQ,
