Ekta Kapoor and Ram Kapoor’s cold war has been going on since the time the actor gave an interview about the former’s show, Bade Achhe Lagte Hain. After that, Ekta took an indirect jibe at Ram’s jaw-dropping weight loss journey, as he denied taking Ozempic for the same. Now, Ram Kapoor’s wife, Gautami Kapoor recently hit back at Ekta Kapoor, and subtly slammed her nasty dig at her husband.

Taking to her IG handle, Gautami Kapoor shared a video, wherein she could be seen mimicking Ekta Kapoor. In the video, she asked whether she should opt for an anti-inflammatory diet or take Mounjaro and Ozempic, or she just should zip her mouth. She said this in a similar tone that Ekta Kapoor used while taking a jibe at Ram Kapoor’s weight loss journey and his claims to never take Ozempic. Gautami Kapoor, in the video, further added that her gym is enough and took a dig at Ekta’s show, Bade Achhe Lagte Hain. Gautami could be heard saying:
“Should I do an anti-inflammatory diet? Should I take Mounjaro? Should I take Ozempic (pharmaceutical drugs), or all of the above? Or should I just zip my mouth? But I think mere liye gym hi kaafi hai. Kyunki humein bade nahi, chhote hi achhe lagte hain.”
In the caption as well, Gautami Kapoor ended up taking a dig at Ekta Kapoor’s comment on Ram Kapoor. She has written that people should let others do whatever they like. She stated that others should live and let others live, as what matters the most is health, happiness, and peace. Using the hashtags of no judgment and others, Gautami penned:
“Jisse Jo Pasand ho…. Use woh Karne do….. live and let live…… at the end what matters is health, happiness and peace.”

After leaving everyone in awe with his jaw-dropping weight loss, Ram Kapoor took to his IG handle and shared a video, wherein he stated that if he would opt for any medicinal drug or surgery, there would be nothing wrong with the same, but he had done nothing like this and worked hard on his part to lose the extra kilos. Well, soon after this, Ekta took to her IG handle and shared a video wherein she asked whether she should opt for an anti-inflammatory diet, Ozempicm, Mounjaro, or she should just zip her mouth. She ended her video by saying:
“Ya chhod doon, hum bade hi acche lagte hain.”
Ekta Kapoor indirectly called Ram Kapoor an ‘unprofessional’ actor by asking him to ‘shut up’
While appearing on Siddharth Kannan’s podcast, Ram Kapoor said that it was Ekta Kapoor who wrote an intimate scene between his character and Sakshi Tanwar’s character on Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, which ended up resulting in the show’s low TRP. Ram revealed being sceptical about doing this scene beforehand as it was the first time that this kind of intimate scene would be shown on Indian television shows.
Well, this did not go down well with Ekta Kapoor, who later took to her IG handle, and without taking anyone’s name, she stated that the ‘unprofessional actor should shut up’. She also tagged Ram’s claims as ‘false’ and mentioned that the truth could only be revealed until she talks but there’s always dignity in silence.
