The victim told the police that the accused had contacted her via Tiktok and Instagram and called her a meeting in Jans. After she refused to meet him, he warned her commit suicide.
The victim claimed that the defendant had gone to the resort, drank, closed with sedatives and raped it. He also shot it in compromise positions and threatened to take all the photos of the public.
He offered her a role in the film and asked her to move to Mumbai, where he again raped her several times. The victim told the police that she had to stop three times and threatened several times.
