Cunnie Camra (36) asked to appear in front of the police station officials in a suburban Mumbai, where the first FIR was registered last month.
Police on Tuesday spoke with the third summons to the Kunn Camra stand and asked him to appear before them on April 5 in the case, allegedly, having spent the Deputy Chief Minister Maharashtra, Eknat Schinda at Mumbai, officials said. The camera (36) asked to appear before the police station officials in the suburban Mumbai, where the first FIR against him was registered last month.
Earlier, the 36-year-old comedian was called by police twice, but he did not appear before them and joined the investigation. The case stems from the caustic remarks against Shinda, headed by Shiv Sena, at an exhibition organized in a studio in a metropolis.
Disaded by comments, Shiva -Seno workers lost the studio late last month. Police have launched a case against the camera in the Bharatia Nyay Sanhita sections, which refers to slander and public pranks.
The case was filed after the comedian last month posted a video where he sang a song about a shindo focused on “traitor” Jibe, without naming it, but allegedly referring to his uprising 2022 against the then Minister of the Uddha Teri.
On Monday, the Hara police team went to his home in the Mumbai area, where his family remains to check if he would appear in connection with the case, the official said.
The camera also confronts separate trails in other police stations in Mumbai and the adjacent Tana, the Shindo political lawn.
