Celebrity lifestyle guru Martha Stewart has just made a major Aussie announcement.
The businesswoman, 83, has confirmed she is travelling Down Under next month to headline one of Sydney’s biggest events of the year: Vivid.
“I have made some wonderful memories traveling to Australia over the years, so I am thrilled to return for Vivid Sydney,” Stewart said in a press release.

The star will be the festival’s 2025 Global Storyteller.
Stewart will be in Sydney for an exclusive In Conversation with Martha Stewart event held at the International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney on Wednesday, May 28.
“The conversation will be fun and honest, covering many aspects of my life and career”, Stewart said of the one-off event.

Stewart’s talk will apparently delve into her long career in lifestyle, plus her many memorable pop culture moments over the years.
“I’m always looking for inspiration when I travel so I’m excited to see what Sydney has to offer,” she added ahead of her upcoming Aussie trip.

Vivid Sydney Festival Director Gill Minervini said they could “not think of a better figure that encapsulates this year’s theme of Dream more than Martha Stewart”.
Vivid Sydney will be held from Friday, May 23 to Saturday, June 14 this year.

Tickets for Stewart’s conversation event go on sale today, April 4, at 9am AEDT on the official Vivid Sydney website.
Stewart has been in the spotlight for decades, and is best known for her lifestyle brand.

She has published a whopping 100 books and hosted several cooking television shows.
Stewart has also made headlines over the years for many popular culture moments, including her unexpected friendship with rapper Snoop Dogg, with who she made an appearance at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
