When the nine -year -old victim started screaming, the accused was reportedly attacking and strangled to death before running out of the scene. According to police, the accused is originally from Bihar, who works in Tana.
Seeing the victim, which was alone near the Mumbai railway station, he attracted him to a secluded site, where he allegedly raped and killed a minor boy. Noticing the signs of injuries on the body of the victim, the police stated that he might have opposed the rape attempt, after which the accused physically attacks him.
After the victim’s body was discovered, the police sent him for posthumous examination. Moreover, Fir was registered for rape and murder. Based on the CCTV in the area, the police traced the accused and arrested him.
He was later prepared in a local court that gave him the custody of the police.
