Following an April Fools’ Day stunt that teased a fictional Reese’s sandwich line, the brand has announced the real product reveal: Reese’s PB&J Big Cups are now available nationwide.
The limited-edition candy comes in two varieties—Strawberry and Grape—blending peanut butter, jelly, and the brand’s signature chocolate into a single oversized cup.
Earlier this week, Reese’s pretended it was entering the sandwich market with a product called “Reese’s Chocolatey Bread.” While the campaign turned out to be a prank, it set the stage for the actual debut of the PB&J Big Cup, a concept fans have speculated about for years.
“PB&J is an all-time classic, and Reese’s was always the missing piece—so we fixed it,” said Melissa Blette, senior brand manager at Reese’s, in a statement. “Teasing the idea of us getting into the sandwich business was a playful way to spark conversation.”
Each pack contains one flavor per cup, and the product is available in standard, king, and snack-size multipacks. The release is limited-time and available at retailers nationwide.
