For the next decade, five new cities near the Noida airport are planned to increase industry, tourism, logistics and employment.
Up set on the NCR card, five new cities to be built around Jewish airport
The upcoming Noida International Airport has already raised real estate and economic activity in the region, but the Uttar government has even more plans. Along with the development of the airport, the state is preparing to build five new cities or a village for 56,000 hectares of land east of Noida. These projects are expected to be completed in the next ten years and completely turn the area.
According to Times of India, real estate prices in the region have already doubled in the last three years. Luxury apartments near the high -speed noida now at the price between Rs 2 and Rs 10. Many large companies such as Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, Samsung, LG and Honda have already created operations in the area, which urged the government to quickly track its development plans.

IITGN (built -in industrial village, Big Noida)
What makes these settlements special?
New Noid is planned as a large industrial area. It will cover about 20 911 hectares and aims to create 12 jobs by 2040. It will focus on this, electronics, cars, renewable energy and protection. Located next to a special cargo corridor and the eastern peripheral freeway, it will have a great connection on the road, rail and air.
IITGN is another industrial village that also includes a residential area. It presents modern objects such as 24×7 electricity, LED lighting, integrated safety and efficient waste management.
The city of heritage, near Mathaur, will focus on religious and cultural tourism inspired by Lord Krishna. It will have wellness zones, parks, budget and luxury hotels and the Yamuna waterfront.
TAPPAL-BAJNA, near the Jewish airport, will become the main logistics and freight center that serves sectors such as cement, steel, food and cars. It will be designed in three stages that cover 364 hectares.
The new Agra City Center will become a modern tourist center aimed at increasing Agra’s global attractiveness with better infrastructure, parks, commercial areas and strict sustainable development practices to protect Taj -Makhal.
Each of these projects is strategically planned to attract business, tourism and job creation, offering modern benefits and best standard of living.
