He refers to several studies to show the reality of police cruelty and torture against margins as depicted in the film.
“Santosh, if it was to be seen, we will get a chance to ask why. Why is it allowed? It is going on? Perhaps that is why CBFC has ensured that the film will never be seen by us,” Thapar writes.
