Reality TV couple Amber and Matt Barnett have shared a major update with fans: they’ve welcomed their first child together!
The couple met and married on the first season of hit reality dating series Love Is Blind in 2018, which aired two years later in 2020.
”Baby Barnett has arrived and is more perfect than anything I could’ve dreamed,” Amber shared in a post to her 1.3 million Instagram followers.

“If you hadn’t guessed yet Baby B is a She and I literally still can’t believe the hospital let us take her home and that she is actually ours,” she added and confirmed they welcomed a daughter.
“It may be the hormones but [Matt Barnett] and our baby girl have my heart so full I can hardly function, I hope this feeling never goes away.”
Amber shared a close-up photo of them holding their new bub.

Matt wrote in his own Instagram post alongside a photo of his daughter’s tiny feet that he had been “promoted from daddy to dad”.
He added the hashtag #girldad.

The couple’s posts were inundated with congratulations messages, including from former Love Is Blind co-stars.
“My lil neicey Pooh! 😍 congratulations again yall ❤️❤️❤️❤️,” Lauren Speed-Hamilton, who also appeared on the show’s first season, wrote under Amber’s announcement.
“We can’t wait to meet her!!!,” Lauren’s husband, who she met on the show, Cameron Hamilton commented.
Amber and Matt announced in October 2024 they were expecting their first child during an appearance on Lauren and Cameron’s podcast, The Love Seat.

The couple marked their their sixth wedding anniversary a month later in November.
“Happy Anniversary to the love of my life and the sexy soon to be mother of my child!” Matt wrote to his wife on Instagram.
“Here’s to 6 years of trying to figure out what to eat for dinner! Wouldn’t want to do this thing with anyone else.”
In her own post, Amber said Matt was her “favorite person and forever best friend”.
“Six years with you somehow simultaneously feels like six lifetimes and just six seconds… our life is so comfortable like I’ve never not known you, but you still manage to give me goosebumps like we’ve only just met.”
