The cars on the motorway can run at a maximum speed of 120 km / h. However, there were reports of vehicles exceeding the border, causing serious accidents. To manage future traffic, the speed road can be expanded to 12 lanes. For this purpose, 21-meter space remained in the middle.
Officials from the Indian National Highway (NHAI) say that this high -speed road will be one of the most modern in the world. It is expected that every year to save more than 32 liters of fuel and reduces 85 kilograms of carbon dioxide. Rain water harvesting systems will be created every 500 meters, and 94 objects will be built on the way. It is also planned to allow helicopters to land at certain points, including the village of Alipur near Gurogram, where the highway begins.
