The Panama Security Minister noted that his country will reject any efforts to restore US military grounds on the land of its country on Wednesday’s offer to visit US Secretary of Defense.
“The Panamanan clearly, through the president’s (Jose Raul), became clear that we cannot accept military bases or defense places,” said Frank Abregon, speaking in a public appearance with the Pentagon’s boss.
