Inhaw says he can finish the project by June this year, but only if the obstacle is cleared.
Delhi Dehradun is the fast road-is a long-awaited project. After opening, it will significantly reduce the journey between Delhi and Dehradun from six hours to 2.5 hours. The episcamic road 210 km is almost completed on both sides, but a modest, two -storey structure in the village of Mandola Gasiabad, which holds the grand opening. The reports suggested that the house belonged to the Versen Sorokha family, which has lived on an area of 1600 square meters since the 1990s. They refused to sell the plot at the Uttar Prades Housing Council in 1998, the statement said. The dispute began in the same year, when Vera was disputed by the acquisition of the Housing Council on its land for the Mandola’s Housing scheme in the Supreme Court of Alahabad. The project eventually stopped.
Later, the national administration of India’s highways (NHAI) acquired land from the Housing Council for the freeway. However, the Sorokha family continues to challenge the transfer. The report states that Nhai is building a high -speed road in two sections – 14.7 km from Akshardam to Lonnie on the border up and 16 km from Lonni to Hraca on the eastern peripheral freeway (EPE). The section between Akshard in Delhi and the Eastern Peripheral Highway is crucial for reducing the journey between Delhi and Bagpat to 30 minutes. However, operations on this key project remain on the maintenance of the legal battle that reached the Supreme Court.
Ehai states that he may finish the project by June this year, but only if the legal obstacle is cleared. The grandson of Versen, Lakshver, took a fight in the Supreme Court in 2024. The case was transferred to the Supreme Court lacque bench, and the next hearing is scheduled for April 16.
