10-12 policemen came in plain uniform in vehicles without registration
FIR Tarun Gautam has lodged an FIR against 12 policemen at Jewar police station. According to the FIR, at around 9:45 pm on the night of September 4, 2022, two vehicles without registration stopped at his house, in which 10-12 people were riding in plain uniform.
Talking to The Quint, Tarun Gautam said, these people described themselves as a policeman and asked about his son Somesh Gautam. When he told that the son is coaching in Delhi, the police still searched the house without believing and forcibly vandalized the house and took 22 thousand rupees cash. “

Tarun Gautam told, the police forcibly put him in the car and took him to an unknown place and beaten him. The next morning, he was taken to Delhi to his son. Then the police caught son Somesh and took him to the police station jewelry. There, to torturing Somesh and pressurized him to confess a false crime. After which he was allegedly injured in fake encounter to show the encounter.

“The police of Jewar police station took the blindfold of Somesh to an unknown place at around 9 pm on 6 September 2022 and tied his hands back and encountered a fake encounter, causing a bullet in Somesh’s leg and injuring him.”

CP Gautam further says, “Somebody was murdered in Nimka village. After that, all this started from the evening of 4th. We have not been able to know till date on which basis the police had considered Somesh as a perpetrator. Under Section 302 of IPC, Somesh was presented in court at that time as a criminal. At present, Somesh is out on bail and all the cases are going on.”
On 9 April, Police Commissioner Gautam Buddha Nagar tweeted that a victim filed a case of murder of his brother Nagesh alias Bilori at the police station jewelery. In the investigation, the name of accused Somesh Gautam alias Citu came to light. Somesh and his partner Praveen were arrested with a stolen motorcycle.
In the tweet, it is further written, “In interrogation, Somesh told about joining the murder with Rs 15 lakh. During the recovery of their spot, both the accused fired on the police with the intention of killing the police in which both were injured in the police encounter for self -defense, in relation to which the police station jewelery was registered.”
“False trial and police threatened”
Tarun Gautam has accused the police in the FIR that the police threatened me that if you complained about the incident, then your only son will be shot and killed.
According to FIR, Somesh’s motorcycle recovery, pistol seizure, gangster act, attempt to murder in encounter and already registered murder case; In which Somesh was not named, he was also shown desired. That is, a total of 5 cases were registered on Somesh. At the same time, the victim’s father alleges that the then SHO Anjani Kumar took 1 lakh rupees to leave him.

“The victim’s father made several attempts. We wrote a letter to many high police officers, despite that the FIR was not registered. After which we went to court. On February 14, the Chief Judicial Magistrate’s court ordered an FIR to register an FIR in this case. However, still, the police did not register an FIR for 50 days. Then I gave the application in the CJM court. Then I filed the FIR under the pressure of the CJM.

Regarding the FIR, Police Commissioner Gautam Buddha Nagar tweeted, “The father of the accused had filed an application in the Hon’ble Court, Delhi, which was rejected. Now an indictment has been registered on the police station in compliance with Section 156 (3) CRPC under the order of Hon’ble Court, Gautam Buddha Nagar.”
‘Job is not available due to false FIR’
Somesh’s father said that his ability to run and play is over due to a bullet in the leg. The financial condition of the house worsened in the case of the case. Somesh is still doing a private job in a small company, no big company is willing to give him a job, because the police verification becomes negative. No one can apply in a government job.
Tarun further says, “Somesh IIT wanted to do diploma from Delhi but the police verification did not get admission.”
Tarun Gautam says that his family has been scared and scared since this incident. Tarun said, “The police had threatened me that if I complained, my son would be murdered. We do not expect justice even after the FIR is registered.”
