A 22-year-old woman was arrested here for allegedly killing her infant, throwing him into an underground water tank when she was violated because of his “constant shout”, police said on Wednesday.
Kharish Baghel claimed that her three -month -old son Hayal had never found her three -month -old son last Saturday, said the DB BAZA, a police officer inspector. Then her husband Dilip filed a complaint to the police.
After the search, the police found the baby’s body in the water side of their home in the Ambickan Monday (April 7), he said.
After that, the police found out that it was the mother who threw the baby into the water tank, Basi said. He was arrested on Monday evening, he said.
“Karishma was emotionally and physically disturbed since she became pregnant, always complaining about some health problems and told her family members that she was worried because her child was crying a lot,” Basia said.
The accused made controversial statements, causing suspicion. She claimed that she put her son in the room and went to the bathroom, and after returning.
After the child was found in the underground side of the water, the police launched an investigation on suspicion that someone threw it, because the tank structure made it almost impossible for the child to be there by accident, the official added.
