According to the report, citing the police, the deceased caught a few fish with his bare hands. No one helps him, he held one fish in his hands and decided to stuff the other in his mouth.
The deceased, nicknamed the 29th Manicandan, decided to go into the small waters of the lake. However, when he sailed back ashore, he stuffed the fish into his mouth, which caused suffocation. When he tried to bring it out, the fish was stuck in the respiratory tract, leaving it struggling.
He smoked, the man rushed out of the water and tried to pull the fish out of his mouth. Manicandan fled to the neighboring village, shouting for help. Unfortunately, he collapsed on the road, the report said with reference to the police.
After the locals noticed him, they took him to the Hospital of the Czangalpet Medical College, where the doctors announced it “brought dead”.
According to the locals, Manicandan was a daily wage worker who often fished in the lake. Usually he had friends who accompanied him to the lake. But on the day of the incident he went alone to catch the fish.
