First, the chain snatchers come on a bike and then one of the chain snatchers gets down from the bike and moves towards the victim while the other one starts the bike and sits on it, the miscreant suddenly pulls the chain from the neck, sits on the bike and both of them run away from there, the victim tries to chase the bike riders but he is unsuccessful.
