NCTE Bridge Course: The National Teacher Education Council (NCTTE) has been introduced to the Mandatory Six-month School courses, which have a preschool, which have been appointed on June 28, 2018 on HCT notice. Those who do not perform the course are at risk to lose their positions.
The exact number of injured teachers is not yet clear, it reports that about 3 to 4 lakhs of primary teachers can affect. Some teachers, particularly in Chatisghar, have already been dismissed, but this course has the opportunity to restore them.
What is the NCTE BRIDGE course?
According to the NCTE President, Professor Pankaj Arora, the Bridge’s online course was held at the Open School National Institute (NIOS). The course, which is developed after extensive discussions, contains the main components that are needed for primary teaching. The curriculum is designed to meet higher scientific standards and includes compulsory practice to ensure comprehensive preparation.
Which bed teachers are affected?
Professor Arora clarified that the bridge’s training would be used only to the owners of the beds, which were appointed as basic teachers from June 28, 2018 to 11, 2023.
In 2018, NCTE notice allowed the Bedding owners to be eligible for teachers’ primary positions. This resulted in a common destination country. However, the primary teacher association challenged the notice in Jodhpur’s Higher Court, which ruled in their favor, declaring the notice invalid. Based on this decision, the appointed teachers have appealed the decision to the Supreme Court, which confirmed the high court’s decision on August 11, 2023. The Supreme Court is scheduled for this period.
After that, the Supreme Court has issued an order on April 8, 2024 so that the NCTE’s bridge’s course is launched by the one-year period of April 7, 2025, ensuring that these teachers are equipped with basic methods of essential learning.
