Now this bill will be sent to the President for signature at any time. After getting his approval, it will become a law. During the discussion on the bill, Biju Janata Dal did not issue a whip for its MPs… BJD had asked its MPs to vote as per the voice of their conscience… Finally when the result came, 128 votes were cast in favor of the government…
